The campaign is led by a community-driven process called Listen.Lead.Share, focused on conversations with local residents and groups on the front lines of climate change that have been historically excluded from the decision making table.

Community groups have hosted more than 30 listening sessions reaching 3,000 people across the state to discuss how to ensure our clean energy transition is equitable and puts communities and workers first.

 

We see intentional community listening as foundational to developing policies that will benefit New Jersey families and communities. The map below shows the locations of our Listen.Lead.Share sessions held over the past few years.
